On successfully passing the Theory Test, one can then apply for a Learner Permit at the following address

BOOK DRIVING LESSONS
Book some driving lessons and be determined to pass tour test.
Must have Learner permit for all driving lessons.
One cannot take a driving test unless one holds a Learner permit for six months.
